Top 10 Fastest Mammals






#1 - Cheetah (71mph / 114kmh)

The Cheetah is a large-sized feline, which is seen in Africa and some parts of Middle East,  and can reach the fastest speed for a land animal on earth - between 70-75 miles per hour. It can also accelerate from 0-60mph in 3 second, which is faster than most cars.







#2 - Pronghorn Antelope (57mph / 95kmh)

The Proghorn, also known as Prog Buck, is mostly seen in North America and can reach a maximum speed of  40-57miles per hour, making it the second fastest land animal on earth. Although the Cheetah is faster than the Proghorn, the Proghorn is capable of maintaining it's top speed for much longer distances than the cheetah.









 #3 - Blue Wildebeest (50mph / 80kmh)

The wildebeest is a large antelope and it's seen in Southern and East Africa. It can attain a maximum speed of 50 miles per hour, when necessary.
